The end of holy month Ramadan is marked by the beginning of Eid-ul-fitr. Ramadan is the ninth of Islamic calendar, which Muslims follow. Ramadan is the month of fasting for Muslims, which last for one month and the end of this Ramadan month marks the beginning of the Eid-ul-fitr. Sighting of the crescent moon (hilal) marks the beginning of the Ramadan. If hilal is seen at night then the next day is the first day of Ramadan and fasting. On the similar lines when the hilal is visible again at the end of the month, it is the time to celebrate Eid-Ul-Fitr (break the fast). Fitr means to break and thereby Eid turns to be the break the Ramadan fast and all the evils habbits.
